Deteioration of English usage in middle schools/colleges in India

It is very sad to notice that a large numer of the college-going and middle-school-going students, in India, are not able to understand and communicate in English. This definitely hampers the absorption of technical knowledge at later leves in professional studies.Parents, Managements, Government may please a give due attention to this malady and initiate steps to improve the situation.

communication with people in english can improve fluency in particular language..the person who's accent is good should help others to improve themselves.

I wish to comment on this blog started by my father, who was also my Guru, mentor and guide. I will be regularly posting on this blog.
Yes I agree that as most of the technical literature available in our country is in English Language , it is important for us to teach this language very early to the students, so that they do not miss out on the latest knowledge in their respective fields which is communicated through books, journals and other media which uses English language.
